Supervised & balanced

Trusted and chosen for creating balanced days of fully supervised stimulation, socialisation and downtime, we provide care that supports your dog’s wellbeing, development and happiness.

Actively enriching

Our small, family-feel environment has everything your dog needs - from our secured dog woodland for active, multi-sensory walks that offer perfect shade in warmer weather, to our indoor playroom with its special underfloor heating, a perfect space for playtime or naps.

Happy days, clean returns

We collect and drop off your dog in our top of the range, air conditioned Doggie Daycare van - and always return your dog home to you clean and dry, so you’ll never come back to the mess of muddy coats and paws!

Flexible

We understand that life happens in between plans! So if for any reason you need to change your booked dates, just let us know and we’ll accommodate your needs as smoothly as possible.

Doggie Daycare FAQs

If you have any other questions, we’re here to help.

  • We serve; Haddington, Aberlady, Longniddry, Port Seton, Prestonpans, Tranent and Pencaitland (East Lothian.)

  • Absolutely. Safety is our top priority across every aspect of our services, and dogs are supervised at all times. We have a double-gated system for entering and leaving the premises, a high deer fence securing our dog wood, and provide safe, comfortable transport for your dog to and from home.

  • We take your trust and your home’s security very seriously. You can choose to leave a house key with us or leave it in a secure, coded key safe at your property for us to access when required. All keys and codes are securely stored on our premises, are not labelled with identifying features, and are only accessed by our trained, designated daycarers. We follow strict protocols for entering and exiting your home, ensuring your property is respected and secure at all times. If you ever need to update access, just let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate.

  • That’s fine. We’re experienced at giving medications and are able to accept dogs with allergies - any health related issues will be noted in their registration and shared with the team.

  • We have a strict policy on only accepting dogs that have been fully vaccinated, including for kennel cough, and that they regularly receive worming, tick and flea treatment.

  • Yes, dogs over 12 months must be neutered, bitches over 12 months must be spayed. Bitches cannot attend for 3 weeks when in season.

Typically, vets advise neutering or spaying is carried out when a dog is between 6 and 12 months of age.

  • We usually find that it's only puppies up to six months old that need to have lunch during their stay, but we ask that you provide us with your own food if required. Dogs are always fed in a separate area, never with other dogs present, to ensure their safety.

  • Your initial registration fee will cover all the dogs you register on that occasion - whether one or multiple. If in the future you’d like to register another dog with us, the registration process and fee will apply again.

  • We understand that plans change and the unexpected can happen, so we will always offer you alternative date(s). If you need to cancel a booking, including if your dog is ill, we ask for 24 hours notice otherwise an absence fee at the same day rate is chargeable.
